How can hair grow?

How can I repair my bleach damaged hair and also make it grow quicker?

• About a month ago i asked a friend of a friend to dye my hair a dark red from my beautiful dark brown that was in amazing condition :(, so she bleached it and put a dark red dye over it the same day and the end result was ok but my hair wasn't in good condition but I thought I could fix it with some good conditioning, the next day I bought a leave in conditioner which stated it would not colour hair or effect coloured hair and I used it that night and my hair went a pale pink/orange! I was horrified and couldn't stand my hair being like this so I ordered colourb4 from Boots which is an at home colour remover (which works wonders) it took my hair to a yellowish blonde as it said it would because my hairs natural pigment has been changed by the bleach, I left it for a few days and put a semi permanent dark brown hair dye on my hair and it's turned out fine but my hair has lost its shine it's bounciness and it's kinda breaking off at the ends, the colour is starting to fade already and I am going to go to a salon to get them to dye it to the same colour as my hair extensions (surprise surprise my normal colour!) but I'd like my hair to be in the best condition I can get it before I go to the salon and I know I should leave my hair alone and not touched it in the first place I am a fool but I'm trying to grow it so i need my extensions to match until its long enough :(. Does anyone know any good products to make my hair grow quicker and kinda bring it back to life lol, any that I can buy online or on the high street or maybe even in a good salon, I live in the uk so please don't suggest any American stores :( thanks for taking time to read this and please someone help :( xxx

  My advice is slightly trim the dead part of you ends (very bottom of your hair) and use damage control SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER. I recently did THE EXACT same thing. This worked wonders for me.
