Where can I get some cheap highlight streakers?

I want the highlight streakers that Avril Lavigne wears in her hair. You know the kind that washes out in the shower? I want them but I don't know where I can get them cheap. Can I get them at Walmart? And what ile can I get them in? (Like would it be in cosmetics?) Where can I get them and how cheap?

Answer:
Food coloring washes out as soon as you get in the shower, but you would have to have blonde/ relatively light hair for the color to show up. If now, you could go to Hot Topic and get clip in highlight extensions. Best of luck mate<3
