I'm thinking of getting a hair cut, do girls like short hair or long hair?

• Currently I have long black wavy hair that I sometimes straighten that can about touch my shoulders. Some people say I look sort of feminine with long hair. I'm thinking of getting a "crew cut" or some similar short hair cut because I heard girls like it better. Is that true? Pros and cons of getting a hair cut. Pros = much easier to maintain short hair as far as brushing goes, girls possibly like it better Cons = It took years to get it this long so all that work would be wasted, and I would have to keep regular hair cuts so it would be harder to maintain in that aspect, but still less than short hair. I personally kind of like the looks of me in long hair better, but Idk if girls do. Not to mention it's becoming summer time and long hair gets hot, not only that but I'm not getting any younger and I only have a few more years left till I get too old to look good I would say about 3 years till I reach too old because I should have graduated college by then. So I need to know what girls like now before it's too late. Although I wear glasses sometimes. Idk if long hair makes me look more or less nerdy than short hair.

  A crew cut from your current length is a huge change. Go shorter in stages.
