Does my hair fall out too easily?

How do I get the crown of my hair to fall backwards permanantly.?

• Hiya, basically this is the situation. I have naturally straight and thick hair and I have layers. The natural part to my hair is in the middle and although I'm fine with the way my hair parts, I don't like how far the parting carries on on my head. For example, my hair will seperate from the front of my head right the way to the back and then it will try and part even further down towards the back of my head. It is so frustrating because I try and try to make my hair fall backwards and sometimes it works but then I will start moving around and it will fall straight back down again into a part rather than falling backwards. Ok if that doesn't make sense, I'll explain it so that you can visualise it. If you tip your head backwards and run your fingers through your hair so that all your hair is facing towards the floor then if you put an alice band or any type of head band on and then sit back up again. With most people I see, their hair will stay falling backwards towards the back of the head whereas my hair will not do this no matter what I do to it. I was wondering if anybody could help me to find a way of training the crown of my hair to fall backwards. By the way, I don't mind if this is going to take time because I understand that it will have to be manipulated but I need a way to train my hair so that it will STAY! and preferably without heat because I see people all around that have their hair falling like this naturally.
