How To Answer Interview Questions?

How should I answer these job interview questions?

• and what other questions do u think may come up at a job interview to be a child care assistant? (it's not that i can't answer any of the questions on my own, i just want ideas for how to make my answer sound better) What appeals to you about taking care of children? Why do you want to be a child care assistant? What do you find to be the most challenging aspect of working with children? What can you give to this job? What do you expect from this job? Why should we choose to employ you rather than the other applicants? Also, I originally contacted the centre by email, so i sent through my resume & references in an email. Should i take them and give them to them again at the interview? (the lady hasn't asked me to bring anything)

  You definantly want to bring a paper copy of everything you sent them because often an interviewer wants to look at those things while speaking to you and while it may be on their computer they would prefer to have it in front of them. now to the questions 1 Children are wonderful fun individuals and I love the idea of being involved in the process of their growing. 2 Being a childcare assistant would allow me to work with children, which i enjoy very much, and it would also give me an income while doing what I enjoy. 3. No two children are alike, and children aren't always able to express themselves clearly so sometimes they are a mystery to figure out. 4. I am a warm loving person and very dedicated to caring for children. I am punctual, and believe that when a person is charged with a job then they should give that job everything. Especially those involving children as they are our next generation. 5. I would like an environment where I can grow and learn with my position- as children often become the teachers- and to earn an income while I am at it. 6 This position would be more than a job to me as I love working with children. I am seeking more that just an income and I would be very committed to this company if I were offered a position.
