Can i win full custody of my child for this reason?

My ex and i have joint legal custody of my 2 year old, he has her for a week and then i have her a week. Recently he got realy drunk while she was in his care and called my house and left a message on my answering machine saying she had fallen out of a winow of a 4 story building at his apartment. When i got the messege i called him back and asked him were she was and what he was talking about and he would not tell me anything he just kept jibbering drunk talk, so i called the police on him and they did a well being check on her, she was at his house sleeping and fine but he blew a point 3 and his father had to come pick her up for the night. After the police left he continued to call my house and leave threating messages on my machine saying that if i didnt answer my phone he would kill me and my child both, i pressed harrasment charges on him, but i just want to know if by him saying those things on my phone (and i have the messages recorded) thats is grounds enough for me to gain full custody of my child back??

If i was you i would deff try it. its worth a shot i mean if i was you i wouldnt want my child alone with someone like that. if he is saying that hes going to kill you and your child. i would take it to court have the judge listen to it and see what happens. but i hope that everything works out for you. good luck to you and your child
