That would depend on whether you want to go back to her again but as you've indicated, you're most likely not. Having custody of the child gives the mother visiting rights. You may have contact with your ex-wife but it does not mean you need to continue a relationship with her.
Yes. If she is ordered to pay child support though once you move in together it is possible for her to petition to stop the child support. If you were to get married she would have automatic joint custody again.
