-
I gained 60 pounds while pregnant with my daughter and delivered her by c section. I didn't eat as well as I should have when I was pregnant but I started to the last month and while breastfeeding and so far I've lost 23 pounds and my daughters 1 month. I just wanna know with exercising and eating right with a combination of breastfeeding should i expect to lose this stubborn weight?

Answer:
Because you had a c-section you should not start any real exercise program until you are cleared by your dr. Until then, try to gt out for a walk every day and eat healthy (not dieting!!). Once you are cleared for exercise, you can begin a sensible exercise routine, jogging, cardio, light weight lifting etc. Don't overdo it, remember it took 9 months to grow the baby, it may take just as long to take it off. Keep breastfeeding too, besides being the best for your baby, it will burn calories and help the weight come off faster.
