How To Lose Pregnancy Weight?

How did all of you mommys out there lose your pregnancy weight?

• I had my daughter almost 9 months ago and I was doing great at first. I lost all the baby weight within about 3 months and could even fit into jeans I haven't fit in since my Sophomore year in high school! But, my reality check came in and I gained it all back. Within a month of losing all of it. I'm just curious what you mommys did to lose weight. I am going on a cruise soon and I want to look good! Also I am a very picky eater and I really can't do any of those fancy diets like nutrisystem or anything. I tried and I just couldn't eat their food. I am open to hear about any successful people who used diet pills and they actually worked.

  Well I'm currently prego for the first time. But after high school I blew up! And so a few years ago for approx a year I drank slim fast shakes for 2 meals a day and ate whatever I wanted for supper. I lost 80lbs and have kept it off b/c I get full fast b/c my stomach shrank. Now it's really hard at first (especially 1st 2 weeks) b/c you don't feel full and are still hungry. But take a healthy snack along to get through this period. And also I prefered the walmart brand (equate) chocolate to any actual slim fast. Good luck!
