PMS-like symptoms, but most likely not pregnant?

Once you start getting PMS symptoms is it too late to still get pregnant?

  • We have been trying to conceive for a while now and according to the drugstore ovulation sticks, I tend to ovulation a little later (about 17-20 days) into my cycle. However, since I have very regular periods (27-28 days, although some months about 30 days or more), I start getting PMS symptoms around that time. Can you get pregnant after your body starts having PMS symptoms? Or does your body think it's not going to get pregnant, so it goes towards some path of not getting pregnant in terms of hormones...? My husband and I went through fertility testing and everything was normal. But I keep reading online that women say they don't have any symptoms until after they've been pregnant for several weeks. How is it that they don't have PMS symptoms in the meantime??

  • Answer:

alot of pms symptoms are similer to pregnancy symptoms hence why so many women think they are pregnant each month because there breasts hurt and they have low back ache ect. So in answer to your question no if you start getting pms symptoms then that doesnt mean your not pregnant....
