Why do I have cramping after ovulation?

Cramping...ovulation or pregnancy?

• Alright, I hope you can follow me here... My last period was January 16th and according to the online ovulation calculators I should have ovulated on the 30th. I have also been using Ovulation test strips. On the 31st the lines were almost the same but 1-4 they have been as dark or darker than the control line. I have been cramping for the past couple of days and today it is sharp twinges. Do you think this is just cramping due to ovulation or an early pregnancy sign. I think it would be too early to be cramping due to implantation, but one can wish :) If anybody has any answers please help!

  i REALLY wish i could answer this question!!! my last period was on the 15-20, i normaly ov about 6 or 7 days after finish period. may i say that the online ov calender is not always correct!! for me it say i ov 4 days after i really do!! ive been having my cramps since 6 dpo u to today (9dpo) p due on the 10th, i normaly get slight cramp the day i ov and one day after, i have also got mad lower back pain, hope it is our month! ;) i am going to keep on writing on yahoo answers just to keep everyone up 2 date... lets hop that the cramps are a good sign
