How long past ovulation have you seen EWCM?
-
I feel like I should know this answer, but I'd appreciate your personal experiences on this one! I normally ovulate on CD10 but I got EWCM on CD11 this month. I know the process of ovulation (and the rise in progesterone) halts the production of EWCM, but I am wondering if it's possible for it to still be visible several hours or days later? In other words, does anyone know how long it takes for EWCM to travel down from the Cervix to where we can 'find it'? Is it possible that I did ovulate on CD10 or is it more likely that ovulation would be CD12.

Answer:
You should have several days of the stretchy stuff. If you only have a day or 2, read the first reference and try the helps there. And, take your BBT and see when you actually ovulate.
