How much of a temp. dip before ovulation?

I have been tracking my BBT. My temp has been 97.33 everyday so far. Yesterday (day 8 of my cycle), my temp was 97.18 and today (day 9) was 97.18. I have read your temp will dip down right before ovulation? Does this mean Im getting ready to ovulate or will I see more of a dip than this? I think its probably too early for me to be ovulating so I wasnt sure! Thanks for any advice!

Answer:
Not everyone's temp dips before ovulation, but mine went from 97.9 to 97.6 then up to 98.1 the next day. You will see a consistently higher temp for at least 3 days then you will know tha tyou have ovulated.
