Can you ovulate w/Clomid, but it not be detected by ultrasound?
-
I'm on my first cycle of Clomid, since I have PCOS. My fertility dr. put me on 100mg days 3-7. Twice I had ultrasounds and he said there was no "obvious" signs that the clomid was working. It's 1 1/2 weeks until my period is due, I've had pinching cramps through my sides, and back, been nauses and had headaches. Could I have ovulated and the ultrasound just not seen it? Are theses just side effects from the meds. I've been TTC w/ my husband for 3 yrs.

Answer:
I'm getting ready to start clomid, and am a little surprised that they are starting you at 100mg, but GOOD LUCK!!! I've heard that its possible for ultrasounds to not be able to detect ovulations!
