My child is going to be tested for autism. What's next?

No clue to whats going on!! Please help!!?

• All I can say is that my last period was 10/19/2011. Pretty much regular. If it is late its always been a day or 2. It is now 22 days late. I tested 12/5,12/6,12/8 .. All results were negative. (I used clear blue) first test I did at 10pm because I read online that being late for my period so long it shouldnt matter. When I seen a BFN, I was crushed but decided to use the first morning urine the 6th and the 8th. Both negative as well. I DO have new symptoms.. I was normally just feeling a little tired than ususal, gassy, my breast do feel bigger, and I have had diarrhea for a full week now. Constantly going to the bathroom, sometimes it feels like I have to go but ends up being gas. (tmi, I am sorry) lower back pains are killing me. Constantly yawning at work even though I have gotten my full nights rest. You know how we all know our bodies well I know FOR SURE something is just not right. I baby dance alot with my hubby, weve been trying to concieve for a very long time ... I have finally scheduled an apt with my.doctor to do a blood test since they are more accurate. I am just feeling so bummed. I dont know what else to do. Please help, what do you think? I am 27 I am dying for a child already. Oh and from what we know nothing is wrong with me or him.
