Is this a triphasic chart?

Is my chart starting to look triphasic?

• hello all! just had a quick question about my chart. i've been charting for a year now and TTC for 17 months. this will be our last month trying as we will be moving on to IUI next month (per my fertility specialist's recommendation). just praying that we conceived this month so we won't have to go through that! http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/230b1d do you think my chart is starting to look triphasic? im currently 10 dpo and this is the first month my temps have gone up so high during my luteal phase. i did have some cramping yesterday, but no other signs of implantation. i've been taking b6 to lengthen my luteal phase, and have been using progesterone cream since ovulation. what do you all think? holding out til at least thursday to test. thanks a million for your opinions and good luck to everyone!

  It's not triphasic yet. Your temp will have to stay where it's at for atleast 3 days (creating a 3rd level of temperatures) for it to be triphasic. As for your high temp, i'm not sure but maybe there is a chance it is from the progesterone cream your using because that is a heat inducing hormone after all. Your chart does look good though. Def test if AF is late.. Good luck!!
