i have been having unprotected sex when i was 16 and my partners doesn't pull his penis when he comes i am just curious how come i don't get pregnant? and how will i know if i am able to bear child? its not like i wanted to have now but in the near future..

Either he is sterile, or you are. Your question is a little hard to read, but if this is one partner then he might be sterile. If it is many partners, then it is probably you.
