What Birth control is safe and works?

Does anyone know a birth control that works in less than 30 days?

I would advise you to talk to your doctor about that. but i have always heard your not covered during the first cycle. So its advised to use other forms of contreception such as condoms or withdrawl method for the first 30 days. hope this helps!
