Does anyone have any tips for the AT-SAT?

Anyone have advice or tips for getting pregnant?

  • I know this question is asked a lot but I just had to see if anyone had any tips that I may not have heard of or tried. We have been trying to get pregnant for a few months now and nothing is working. I have been to all sorts of websites on how to get pregnant quicker, easier...etc. Nothing is working and I am feeling a little down. I see all these girls around me having babies so easily and its a bit depressing. I haven't been real stressed...things have been really good in my life, but I just don't know whats wrong, so if anyone has any tips that maybe they have tried I would love to hear them! Thanks to everyone who reads this!

Well my boyfriend and I have started having sex at least 3 times a week and more around ovulation time. I am using one of those Clearblue Easy Fertility Monitors, using preseed for lubrication during sex, drinking more water (helps produce more quality EWCM), and after sex I lay day for 30+ minutes with my hips propped up with pillows. This is my first month using the Monitor so we'll see how that goes. I borrowed it from a friend and the first two people who used it got pregnant their first try. This morning when I tested with it, it showed me at High Fertility. I was very excited to see that! Next step is Peak Fertility... :) We just have to make sure and bd every day until I have ovulated and then one more time the day after. Don't worry. It is still soon. Sometimes it takes up to a year for a healthy couple to conceive. Hope this helped you at all! Good luck and baby dust to us both! :)

Read Toni Weschler's excellent book 'Taking Charge of your Fertility'. I also recommend charting - Fertilityfriend.com is a great resource. Also try a sperm-friendly lubricant like Pre-seed. If all else fails definitely see your doctor for a referal to a fertility specialist.

In any given month, even the most fertile, healthy couple only has a 25% chance of getting pregnant. In fact, the average amount of time it takes to conceive is 6 months. So a few months is nothing to worry about. If you really want to start getting serious, then fertility tracking is your best bet. Check out http://www.fertilityfriend.com for more info.

Have sex every day for a week after you get off your period.

if all else fail, you might consider vitro-fertilization. i think you should call one of those fertility center near you.

Chin up! :o) It can take a perfectly healthy, normal couple up to six months to conceive. Here are my basic go to get PG Quick Tips; ~Act like you are pregnant now. Eat right, move a little more, cut back on the caffeine, lay off the alcohol and tobacco. ~Prenatal are your friend. They help put folic acid in your body (can help with conception). It also prepares a nice rich environment for the baby from day one. ~BD every other day of your fertile week, plus a day or two after your expected O date. ~Missionary and Doggy style are the most friendly for baby makin'. When he is done don't get up, elevate your hips for about half an hour first. (Also, the only lube that is okay to use while TTC is PreSeed, anything else could be killing the little swimmers) Good Luck and ~*~Baby Dust~*~

Have sex more effectively.
