Bleeding while on birth control?

Implantation bleeding or Birth control? Please help?

• Im 19. This is my first month on birth control im on ortho cyclen 28. I only have about 2-3 pills left (the green ones that give you your period) & I dont have a period yet, jus the light light brown discharge & slight ach in my vagina. i did have sex before going on them & everyday or every other day since them. The past couple days ive been feeling light headed & dizzy, some breast pain but jus an ache feeling shot through them & it only lasted a couple seconds to a minute, ive been feeling slightly sick to my stomach (and it happens randomly ill be feeling fine then next thing i know im feeling like im about to puke) but never throw up, but have gotten close. ive been so sweaty when i wake up in the middle of the night..& i have the ac on & i find it hard to stay asleep last night i had sex & noticed i was a little sore down there, but not painful at all, so we continued. this morning i touched down there & it felt sore on the inside, i couldnt even get the tip of my finger in without it hurting.. like dull aches. i figured it might be birth control, but when i went to pee, i noticed light light brown discharge on the tissue...Is it implantation bleeding or me being new to birth control is it susposed to be like this? ****Should I continue to take my birth control & test in two weeks or call my doctor? or both? lol im really worried.. serious answers only please.****

  Your period will be all messed up the first few months you take birth control. You can definitely also experience odd sensation and pains since synthetic hormones are now controlling your cycle, your body is adjusting. Take your birth control as directed so you dont get pregnant! Things will level out and you will start to get your period at normal times in a few months. Hopefully your brown discharge is your period begining
