How early can pregnancy signs show up? implantation cramping?

I'm 6dpo and 2 days ago I started having cramping that was light nothing like period cramping. At 4dpo I started having sore swollen breats which have increased in tenderness and sensitivity I was wondering how many people out there have had early pregnancy signs before they tested? and if any had implantation cramping? I have been [regnant before but sadly lost my baby at 14wks. Hoping and praying this is my second chance at being a mommy!! :) Prayers please. thank you.
