I am worried about my son settling in nursery?

• I booked full time for my 3 year old son in the nearest nursery to start from August. I started with half day sessions in jukly. The nursery is a reputed one, situated inside a hospital campus. I had three settling sessions only. My son attended the settling sessions quite happily as he is very eager to paly with children. As my son was brought up by my parents-in-law away from the country, he does not speak much English. I ahd explained thsi clearly to the nursery and wroitten it to them in the starter pack. My son uses fingers to eat food instead of spoon and fork, at times. His potty training is on the way. On July 1st, my son was quite mood upset when he came back. HE clined to get out of the car when we reached nursery. He gave a blank look. He didnt cry.He wanted to go somehwere else like park instead of nursery. I was amused. I convinced hima nd left him. When I collected him in the afternoon, he was crying heavily, sitting in a room where there were no kids, his eyes red, and cheeks blown out (as if he cried for hours)... He is a happy child who never cries easily. He slept in the car and then started palying happily once awake at home. he just became blank when I asked him what happened at nursery. The next day, he held my legs and said,'please dont leave me here with Ms.xxxxxxx. but leave me somewhere else'. I was shocked. Then I stayed back on that day. he was scared of one lady there. i brought him back as he came running from the room. i complained to the manage r yesterday. she said she will investigate. however, they say, children play tricks like this to stay at home. It is not true. My son was happy to visit other nurseries and childminders in this area. as I palnnined to withdraw him from the old nursery, i asked the money back (i have paid for the month of July). They are not ready to give the money back. Now I need to pay the money for the newe nursery he will stratin g with,. what do i do now? my son is scared to go to the old nursery. he syas they smacked hoim beacuse he vee'ed on the floor. he was told off, when he ate food with his fingers. I am so upset. A 3 year old cant be a perfect adult .

  I can not believe this. Take your son out of that nursery immediatley. Something is not right here. I dont think a 3 year old has the capacity to make up a lie like that. I think if your son is happy at other nurseries then something is not right here. Is there a way you could enroll you son into a new daycare? I hope things work out for you.
