Are there any websites for letting people know the progress of pregnancy and where I am registered and stuff?

My husband and I are really excited about our first baby on the way...its a BOY! But we have a lot of family that live far away that want to be kept up to date. We are planning on sending out cards saying that it is a boy and would like to have somewhere that everyone can go to and see any new info. Ultrasound pics, registry info, nursery ideas, ect... Do anyone know if there are any websites like this? We did one for our wedding, but I don't know if they have them for this...

i know this is lame but sign up for myspace, it helps you keep in touch and post pics, make sure you set it to private and only accept family and friends.
