orange juice helps or poking (i know that sounds horrible) but it helps
Lay on your left side, drink something sugary and ice cold. Or else eat something sugary and drink ice cold water. But at 40 weeks, you won't feel the baby moves 10 times...I never did...its way to tight in there for the baby to move, especially when its in delivery position.
well im 32 weeks pregnant and i dont think you should worry im sure that there is no space to move! besides if your doctor says its ok then it must be.. i know this has nothing to do with your question, but since this is my first baby, and your so far along, im hoping you could help me... last night i took a bad #2, and im scared that i might have done something to the baby!! could there be a possibility? please help.. and much luck to you and your baby!!
Your baby is probably so squashed up in there that he can't move! It's completely normal for babies to move much less at the very end of pregnancy. I'm confused what you think him moving will do. It won't speed up your labour.
He is probably out of room. Walk, walk, then walk some more. Also take a teaspoon of Karo Syrup. Then get walking again.
Drink alot of water or orange juice. Carbonated water works very well also.
he is probably already engaged in the birth canal and wont be moving as much plus the small movements he makes you might not notice. i wouldn't worry too much, i went into labor at about 38 weeks and by that time my daughter barley moved at all. I'm sure you already know this but sex does help jump start labor, if doc says all is good then i wouldn't stress about it
Hey. Wow! Congrats! :) First of all, drink a tall glass of something cold. Lots of ice in it would be good. I am 37 weeks and whenever I get worried about her not moving as much; I drink something cold or I buy a candy bar ( chocolate preferably ). Try this and soon after, just sit back and watch the games begin. :) No worries. The baby has ran out of space to move the way he/she would like. It's almost time though. Be blessed.
well as long as he is moving that is a good sign that he is not in dis-stress. drink cold or ice water and then lay down on your side if that doesnt work i would call the dr. good luck and congrats
