What are some positives about?

What else could cause very faint positives?

  • I have been on my nuvaring for just over a month, just before I started to use it I was getting faint positives but then received a period, short but a period, waited till my next one was due to put it in. Got the period but still short so started the nuvaring, still getting very faint positives and they were not getting darker. Was getting pregnancy symptoms like itchy bbs eating more and weeing more, took my nuvaring out when meant to and got period but was still short and cramping, put the nuvaring in and its been in for a week now but last night I took another test and it was still very faint positive. They are not getting darker, clothes are tighter, still itchy bbs every now and then. What the h*ll is going on with me, can something else cause these very faint positives.

    Is one line darker than the other one cuz if so your pregnant. They are people that get kinda like a period when their pregnant. Go to the doctor to get checked out.

i would definitely see a doctor about this one. it could be a number of things. you don't want to have the birth control in and be pregnant. something could happen to the baby from the hormones in the nuvaring. call and make an appointment and take a pregnancy test. or you can go to a free clinic and have a test done. if they can't tell then they might do blood work or do an ultrasound. this really isn't something u should wait on and see what happens. an immediate response is better.

go see your dr, they can do a blood test.

Only a recent miscarriage or hormone drugs - NOT BIRTH CONTROL - can give false positives. If it reads positive, it's positive.

and what does your dr have to say about this ? any positive is positive ! If I was you, i'd be calling their office, not writing to strangers
