How to match the Date in mongodb?

My due date the dr. gave me doesnt match up with last period?

  • i dont get it, my last period was feb. 5th and the period before started on jan. 8th. so thats 28 days right? meaning i have 28 day cycles?? im confused. the dr. did my ultrasound and says my due date would be nov. 3 based on measurements at 7w3d on march 20th and 11 weeks on april 17th he said the due date would be nov. 5th but he wants to stick the first date. well based on my period it says on all the preg. calendars i filled out that i would be due nov. 11?? which date is right? i always ented my last period and 28 days..with the drs measurements i basically had my period and ovualted all so close right? anyone who can help please do. oh the days i had sex were feb. 13, 15, 20, 22 and only the 13th he cam in me other times the person wore a condom or pulled out

  • Answer:

an early ultrasound is more accurate than going by your LMP, as you may not have ovulated exactly in the middle of your cycle or the egg may not have been fertilized that date either. nov 3rd or 11th are pretty close anyway, so it shouldn't be much of a problem. congrats!

I just had a baby and I totaly agree with everyone else I never kept track of my period before and the best way to tell the actual age of your pregnancy and due date it threw ultra sound

Well then it sounds like it happened on the 13th of February. I was reading on wikipedia that ovulation happens "anywhere between the tenth and nineteenth day being common" after your period begins. So maybe the charts use the average of 14 days and your doctor may be right because you got pregnant earlier than normal in your cycle, so your baby is due earlier than the charts say. I wish you the best. Having your first baby is such a life changing event. It is so amazing. I have two children. :)

I would go with the date you got from the ultrasound.. that is the most accurate possible... they use measurements of various parts of the baby and you to determine the date of the pregnancy... it's for the most part correct plus or minus a week... You possibly could have been pregnant already and had a period... it happens... Good luck and best wishes...

Based on "TEXT BOOK PREGNANCIES", your doctor will make an educated guess. The date is very much approximate and may have a few weeks added for margin of error within the GUESS. Another term I use is GUESSTIMATE........which is a guess with little or no scientific facts except for your own experience.

I figured my due date out as well, and the doctor gave me a date 2 weeks later. I was sure I was right. But I wasn't! The doctor was right.
