Do you think its a good idea to raise 2 kids in a 2 bedroom apartment?

It's not ideal, but if that's were your at then it's workable.

Its not ideal to bring children up in a high rise apartment, but a 2 bedroomed property whether a house or an apartment is plenty big enough for the size of your family.

It's completely fine! I shared a bedroom with my little brother until I was in 4th grade. It certainly is NOT "tougher" on kids to share a bedroom. That's absolutely ridiculous. My two sons shared a bedroom until the older boy was 15 and it didn't hurt them one bit. The size of the house or the number of bedrooms isn't important to kids or to raising them well. Kids need love and affection not square footage! You have to live where you can afford to live.

It's fine theirs a family down the road that 5 kids are sleeping in one room. They can share and you can use the other room. Are you married? Cause if not I'd just downsize to a one bedroom and sleep on the couch. Also nothing wrong with putting the crib in the living room for a while.

It is a little tougher on the kids because they usually have to share rooms, but I think you'll be okay. After all, your kids aren't very far apart age wise, but make sure you upgrade to a bigger home when they get a little older. You will need it then.

Nothing is "ideal" but ya know what...it is perfectly fine! If you waited till everything was "ideal" you would miss half your life! I raised 2 daughters in a 2 bedroom apartment the entire time I was working & going to college (4yrs) and they turned out GREAT!

Millions of kids have been raised in 2 bedroom apartments and turned out fine!! You just do the best you can and it will work out.
