Driving people around in MA on junior operators licence?

6 month rulleeeeeeeeee?

  • driving people around in MA on junior operators lisence ???? what happens if i drive people around on a junior operators license ((six month rule-no passengers under 18 unless theres a 21 year old in front seat)) i have the option to stay home allll day or go out and pick up friends and go do stuff.. i dont wanna stay home today... ive had my lisence for almost 3 months , never got pulled over , and i go 5 miles OVER the speed limit & kind drive loosly... rolling though stop sighns ect... . if i drive people around ill go atleast 5 miles UNDER the speed limit and strickly follow all driving rules. what do you think... my friend said that you get a warning at first if you get pulled over driving people around. what happens ? i know your supposed to get a 2 month suspension.

  • Answer:

They don't have to give a warning, it all depends on the mood of the officer who pulls you over. I know one who doesn't believe kids should get their license until they are 18 and wil nail a kid as much as he can. That is a minimum 2 month fine, They can pull your license until your 18 and fine you up to $5000.00 if they push it. My son has less then a month to go for his 6 months and although he has been tempted, one of his friends did lose his license for 6 months already.
