Ideas for a Valentines Day party for my kids...?

  • I would like to throw a Valentines Day party for my kids and their friends and need some ideas. There will be kids raging from 3 to 11, what can I do to make it fun for all?

    A good idea for kids of different ages is decorating cupcakes/cookies with frosting and red/pink/purple/heart sprinkles, and you can do a make your own necklace using heart beads and such. For dinner you could make heart shaped mini pizza's for all of the guests and do a scavenger hunt with different clues depending on the age group. Hope I helped! An ice cream party. You can buy Valentine candy like red hots, conversation hearts and red sprinkles and strawberry sauce. They can also make a craft. If you google "valentine craft for kids" you will find many websites with ideas. Familyfun and Kaboose are 2 good ones. One idea is to make a "rose" out of pipe cleaner and 2 hershey kisses. Another idea is to make a flower pot pen. If you google that you will see the idea. Very simple and mom will not only like to receive it but it is functional as well. Tiny terra cotta pots are less than $1 at the craft store.
