Baby mama took my child to another state n refuses to give my address unless i promise 2 nt call child service?
-
for months ago i after giving my baby's mother chance after chance to get her life back together and off of drugs i allowed her tyo move to ny with my sister, shortly after child services got involved because again she was not getting up in the morning to take her to school. she than got arrested for shoplifting and we agreed that she was gonna send the baby back to come live with me. she than hopped on a bus and left to GA without telling me anything. now after 5 days i finaly got a phone number from my sister because she never called me and i called her and she refused to furnish me with an address to where my daugther is unless i promiase not to call child services on her. does that constitute parental kidnapping? neither one of us was awarded custidy in a court of law but i am on child support.

Answer:
Give her an ultimatem in return. Tell her that if she doesnt give you an address then you WILL call CPS on her. And yes, that is kidnapping! She could lose full costody forever for it too. I'v seen it happen over and over.

i would think so call them anyway thats not good for the baby
A child is not allowed to be taken out of state without the permission of the father. Since she did anyway, it's time to call the police & Children's Services will be automatically notified as well by your local law enforcement agency. What the baby's mother did is wrong & against the law. Make the call now & do not let her make deals with you. We're talking about a human life here. Don't be surprised if an Amber Alert is put into effect, but don't back down. This child needs to be returned to your state. Yes, it is definitely parental kidnapping & it happens all the time.
tell her you wont call child services, then have someone else dial the number for you.....cuz then you didnt actually call haha looooop hole!
technically speaking she can not take the baby cross state line without some kind of agreement.... I would call anyways you know what area she is in and a phone number
okay simple: cross your toes, promise the promise, get the address, THEN call child service
So promise then. If she can be that neglectful, she's already breaking the rules. If you make a false promise to her, it won't be as bad as her keeping the child out of school.
