Answer:
Kraft Food and Family is a free magazine that comes 4 to 5 times a year. It is filled with recipes and most of them are pretty healthy. The best part is they are also easy to make. Most take less than an hour to prep AND cook. To get some recipes and get started with the magazine, go to www.kraftfoodandfamily.com. Good luck.

Pasta is not the best, but Barilla brand whole grain past tastes good and is healthier. I would not worry about a cookbook as there are tons of recipes on the internet. Standbys at my house that are super easy are sour cream enchiladas, spaghetti pie, taco soup (which is super healthy), and mini meatloafs. Fish can be easily served with a pasta side dish and cooks fast and is flavored easily. If you would like my recipes, email me at [email protected].
I have recently bought a book called "Fix-it and Forget It Cookbook-Feasting with your Slow-Cooker" because we are at extracurricular activities 5 nights a week, and I was tired of fast-food. It has really simple crock pot recipes, and for my family, that is perfect.
I try to vary my menu and do different types of food throughout the week. Like maybe Monday - Tacos, Rice, Salad. Tuesday - Beef Stew, Bread Wednesday - Baked Chicken, twice baked potatoes, green beans Thursday - Glazed Salmon, coconut rice, bok choy Friday - Spaghetti, Salad, garlic bread That way something might not be someone's favorite but there's enough variety that it all evens out. If you get a cookbook, go with a classic one like Betty Crocker. I use a lot of the online sites for ideas. The ones I use the most are http://epicurious.com and http://recipezaar.com http://allrecipes.com isn't that bad either.
There are some really great online recipe sites - Cooks.com Allrecipies.com -- I love this one because it has a ratings system and the Kraft website isn't half bad. Do some googling and I bet you can find lots of ideas!
