You can buy pumps from asda or boots or any where like this.If you put your baby back to your breast they will still be tiny amounts of milk once the baby starts to suckle again the milk will come flowing back my son decided he did not want my breast for nearly a week and half he went back on my breast 4 days ago and the milk is flowing like he hadnt stopped good luck.

try to squeeze it out to see if it's still there. i think you're supposed to push from the top to the nipple- haven't done it yet.. still growing baby #1. You can buy a pump anywhere like walmart, target, babies r us, ebay... or rent one from the hospital. Hope this helps.

How are you pumping if you don't have a pump? You have to have the baby feed from the breast to keep the milk. But I don't know how to get it back if it is already gone. Check out your local La Leche League for info (google them). The are all about breastfeeding and have good info about it. Your milk will regulate to how much the baby is eating. If the baby eats alot, you will have a lot. If the baby eats very little you will only produce that much. I bought my pump from Wal-mart.
