My 12 month old had a x-ray done on his head because he had a bump on forehead im kinda worried :S HELP!?

so my baby had a bump on his forehead that just poped out, he didn't get any injury or anything so i was worried and i went to the ER with him. When i was at the ER they did an x-ray of his head and then an ultrasound on the forehead were the bump was. the bump is now gone, and the test results were fine. But im kinda worried about the X-ray. He's only 3 months old. What kind of effect does that have on him ? please Help.. Worried first time mom :(

I had an MRI when I was 2 months, I'm fine now. It really won't hurt him.
