Why does it take me a long time to fall asleep?

My baby would fall asleep at his play mat during day time but it won't take long he will wake up?

  • how can i make him take a nap longer during the day? He start sleeping during the night 9 to 10 hours now and hes turning 3 months this friday

    Most babies don't sleep for a long time at night and then take long naps during the day. You get one or the other. If you like the long sleep at night, you have to deal with short naps during the day, at least until he gets a bit older.

Babies start sleeping less and less during the day at this point. But, you could try laying him in his crib, or wrapping him in a warm (tight) blanket. This may make him cozier and lead to him sleeping longer. Also, maybe, if it's loud you could move him to a quieter area.
