How do you license an art design or pattern?

How would you design a baby boy's bedroom?

  • For my BTEC Art and Design course I have been asked to design a bedroom range including a cot and bed covers in the style of ikea gaining Inspiration from the science and Natural history museum.My initial idea is to design a bed sheets with either cartoon dinosaurs and aliens/spaceships on. However being 18 and not having any children I would like to know your thoughts and ideas on colour schemes, pattern ideas and what sort of cots people desire. Thank you for your time

    I have two children a Boy and a Girl. My baby boys bedroom is decorated with light blue walls with Letters on such as " A B C" and spaceships. His light has spaceships on too. I often get my stuff from ikea too as it has a lot to choose from. Good luck!

We did our sons nursey in the style of dinosaurs with cavemen etc all cartoonish. All the linen is white with colourful characters all in primary colours and ofcourse green. It's unisex and best place to look for price would be amazon or ikea website as different people expect different prices. I spent alot on decor and linen but others probably wouldnt.

My step sons bedroom was always done in his favorite cartoon at the time so now it's all done up in the little green guys and spaceships from toy story.
