Does anyone know how to get those pamper coupons for free pampers?

i heard that there is a way to get free coupons for free pampers but can't find anything but alot of joining to be moms clubs and stuff that sends you coupons with some money off a product, but i am looking for the actual FREE COUPON PAMPER. Does anyone have an idea?

i joined the pampers site as i like the monthly emails they send me. i get a pack in monthly that has one nappy and o coupon normally for a pound off a pack of nappies
