Does anyone know any chain of hotels/resorts etc that offer childcare for a baby of 3 months of age in Feb?

Why not enjoy your vacation with your baby in your arms? :)

Why don't your bring a sitter along? Maybe someone that you trust and someone that you have used in the past.

Honestly there is no way I would leave my baby with a stranger that works for a hotel in some other state.

I'd leave your baby with someone at home if you can't bring them with you when you go out on vacation.

No. But I would NEVER in a million years leave either of my children (7.5 months and almost 3 years) with a complete stranger in a strange city.

I understand the desire for some personal time when you are on vacation, but your baby is really too young to be staying with a stranger. She is still developing a bond with you, and her close caregivers. To put her with a stranger for a period of time is not good for her. Can you afford to take an aunt or grandma with you to help with childcare? Also, can you really trust that the hotels screen and/or monitor the childcare that well? For all you know, they may just stick any old housekeeper in to watch children when needed, no training, no monitoring. Many places that advertise temporary child care also stipulate that the child must be over 3 yrs old or over 36".
