How to convince a stubborn mom to let me do online school. l cant take high school anymore please help me?

  • the reason why l dont like school, is because lm treated awful. l have a very shallow snobby staff who give me attitude when l try ask for help, because they dont like how l look l can see it in their faces, same for students, l am ugly l cant help it, because of it lm ignored, teased, people look at me weird, refuse to work with me, be my friend, even talk to me. all of this token on my mental health, l now have social anxiety, getting depressed and been having suicidal thoughts and want to harm others. lm not the same sweet person l used to be, l see how people really are. they are disgusting. School is making me worse, l cant even make it a week lm too anxious and depressed, l cant even concentrate on lessons so l have very poor grades. l cannot not go on like this any longer, l just cant. l want to do online school for my last two years, it will definitely benefit me, l wont have to worry about being made fun of, rejected, constantly worry about my appearance all the time, having people look at me like a monster, l can work at my own pace. However my mom does not want me. She thinks its "low education" that ll ruin my life, because she thinks ll stay stuck in my room all day. l wont, ll go out and try and find a job, ll push myself. it got so bad that l threatened that l will drop out if she does not let me. l dont know what to do anymore, l just cant stay in that place any longer. l tried everything lm not that type of person to try and ignore and do my best, l did that and l still feel bad this actually affects of how l well do. l cant help but cry often because of all these nasty people, online school will denfeilty help me, l dont want to force myself to drop out but l will regret staying in this stupid school, l cant transfer anymore, this is actually my new school and its just as bad. please help me what can l do to convince her? l know if l try my best l can, can l talk my guidance counselor maybe she can talk to her? maybe she promote me to it? maybe l should faint or cry in school to prove something? thanks a lot. lm a 16 girl a sophomore in high school. l dont mean to sound a whiny brat, l know that a lot of people face this, but this is becoming unbearable for me it really it is. l need help l was thinking of being in a mental hospital for a while to calm myself down too, do you know how l can get admitted? thanks.

    See a therapist or your school councler they can figure out what might Help. Maybe you can get on some meds and you may feel better about stuff. It can very well just be your mental state of mind has diminished and you need to get that checked out ASAP!

Actually your mother is wrong home schooling is high education most rich people and young artist do it.Originally parents were suppose to be the ones to educate their children not some stranger.To me public school is a waste of time.Most young people don't go their to learn they go to public school to date,socialize,and bully.I am home schooled and i am in peace and do not have to worry about being bullied,there are not much deadlines,and u can work at your own paste.I know how its like to be teased a lot not because of my physical but because i am very intellectual and had to much knowledge that people cannot handle and would tease me really bad and call me a Dweeb.Ever since i started home schooling I've been getting straight As and when i was in public school i would get As,and Fs because of all the stupid deadlines and stress.You mother is probably believing in all the miss conceptions about home schooling.some people are idiots and start judging children that are home schooled because they do not have time or knowledge to teach their very own children and that is very sad.Some people who claim that children slack when home schooled are often kids that where misbehaving and taken out of school and put in home schooling as discipline.Home schooling is for people who appreciate knowledge and to me parents who consider home schooling as discipline are wrong!Home schooling programs waste their money on troublesome children that do not appreciate knowledge.The best education that a child could get is from their own parents and home schooling is a privilege to me.Talk to your mom and tell her how depressed u are and explain her what i told u.
