What can I bring onto the plane?

Few questions about what you can bring with you in a plane..?

  • I'm going on a flight from Ireland (Dublin) To France with my school.. We are leaving at midnight and the flight is at 6am I think.. its my first time on a plane and just wondering can you bring these things with you on a plane.. If it matters we are flying with Ryan Air.. Can you bring deodorant with you in your checked luggage? Can you bring an open packed of ginger nut biscuits in your hand luggage? I get bad travel sickness and need them.. Can you bring make-up with you in your hand luggage?

    yes you can bring deodorant in your check in you can bring the biscuits in your hand luggage but you have to be careful with make up ive never flown ryanair before, but all the other flights i have been on have had tightened security in the past couple years on liquids all liquids that you carry on had to fit in a quart sized bag and they couldn't be more than like 20 fluid oz. which meant like no bottles of water or anything unless you bought it in the actual airport (past the security checks) but i looked on the ryanair website and it didnt mention anything about that

You should not have a problem bringing any of those items on a plane unless they are a gel/liquid of more than 3oz.

You can bring a maximum of 100ml liquids, they will all have to be placed in a transparent plastic bag. Make sure you do this, otherwise they will throw it into a bin at the security check. And it's a 1-3 hours flight, I highly doubt you will need those things. You cannot take ANY FOOD (unless it's medication, baby food etc) on the plane that's bought outside of the tax-free zone (it's cheaper, don't worry) which is the whole passage of stores after the security check. There are plenty of food shops in the section so I'm sure you can find those there. Also for the sickness, just go to your doctor and get some tablets.

The deorderent has to be this size 3oz you can get it at walmart,target, or any pharmacy Yes you can bring them but you need to like put them in a baggie Yes i think you can but . . . .

for the deodorant one, are you talking about check-in or hand luggage? i'm assuming check-in and yes you can bring it. you can bring the biscuits and as long as you don't have more than a couple ounces of liquid in your makeup bag, then yes, you can bring it.

Deodorant needs to be travel sized (3 ounces or less), as do any sorts of liquid makeups. Put them in a plastic baggie, and you'll have to pull them out going through security. The nuts should be fine, but it might be easier to buy them at one of the stores on the other side of security. Less hassle that way So, yes probably, but it would be easier to wait and yes.
