Can teachers tell if you have a crush on them?

  • My friend has a crush on our history teacher (he's in 30s and pretty laid back). I guess he's kind of attractive, but I'm trying to convince my friend that our teacher is aware of the crush and for friend to stop liking him since it's weird (I know a little school girl crush is fine, but this is different. I think she purposely makes an effort to subtly flirt) But anywho, do you think teachers can tell? From past students who had him, a majority of girls have had a crush on him. My friend always stays after school to talk to him, or stays after class and makes up some excuse to talk.

Yeah I'm pretty sure they cab tell. Usually the teachers wanted me though;)

If lots of girls have a crush on him, he probably can tell and teachers are probably used to this. Just tell your friend, it shouldn't go beyond that, because he's a teacher and she's just a student, he could get into trouble and loose his job. I don't understand why people make such an effor to go out with a teacher, it's desperate and finding a guy your own age is much better (not talking about you or your friend, just in general) xoxo

Most teachers are aware through the mannerisms of the student that that student has a crush on him.

Considering he's one of those teacher who has girls gawking over him, I'm guessing he's used to these school girl crushes and is fully aware. Teachers are much more smarter than we think they are.
