i cant ride either, so i might not be much of a help buttt i would say Ripstik :)

Ripstik

My 9 yr old son has the Ripstik and my husband and I love playing on it haha. They're both much better at it than me though. I would go with the ripstik it just looks like so much more fun.

I hate wave boards and high-tide boards!!! RipStik is 1000000000000 times better! 1. RipStik is bigger, lighter, faster, and lasts longer. 2. Waves and Tides have way to much plastic-they brake really easy and are so small, me, being 11, feet hang off the sides! 3. RipStik is easier to stay on because it has the rubber placed better. 4. RipStik looks cooler. 5. Waves and Tides make a really annoying clanking sound. 6. If you fall off a wave or Tide it have a bigger chance of breaking and the sound is really loud! 7. RipStik has rubber on the sides to it's easier to stop. (Waves and Tides you pretty much just have to jup off. 8. It's a lot harder to get on and off curbs with Waves and Tides.
