How to handle CRLs correctly in long-term electronic signatures?

• I KNOW ITS ALLOT TO READ, BUT I REALLY NEED GOOD ANSWERS, SO PLEASE TAKE YOUR TIME AND READ IT PLEASE. NOTE: READ THIS VERY CAREFULLY, AND ANSWER THE QUESTIONS BELOW. One day a (mother and her daughter and son) went to the the grocery store. While at the grocery store, the daughter remembered what her mother and brother didn't remember. The daughter had remembered that it was a family members birthday in just 5 days, so the daughter asked the mother if she could pick up a birthday card for the family member, and the mother said yes. The daughter found the perfect card and the mother loved the card and she said to her daughter: ("I love that card u found, we should all sign the card, but since you found the card you can sign it the way you want and put your name on the front envelope saying that it is from you, but with all of our signatures signed inside the card".) The daughter smiled and agreed. When the mother and the daughter and son got home, the daughter had singed the inside of the card right under where it said HAPPY BIRTHDAY and left allot of room for her mother, brother, and father to also sign. After the daughter signed the inside of the card she gave the card to her brother so he can sign the card. When she gave the card to her brother he looked at his sisters name and he shouted out and said to his sister: (WHY THE HECK DID YOU SIGN YOUR NAME UNDER HAPPY BIRTHDAY RETARD!!!.) After her brother said that she looked at him confused, and said: ("Mom said I can sign the card the way I want to", and then her brother said: "You where suppose to let everyone sign the card under HAPPY BIRTHDAY". The daughter got more confused and she got mad so she went to tell her mother that her brother got mad at her for signing the card, so the mother told the son, that she told her daughter she could sign it where ever and the way she wants. After the mother said that the son looked and he felt dumb, and the sister smiled and told her brother ("Who's the retard now"). After she said that her brother got real mad and got up hit and pushed his sister really hard in her back, and she bumped into the wall. The daughter started crying and she told her mom that her brother pushed her. The mom told her daughter to leave her brother alone, and stop calling people retards. The daughter got real mad because, her brother actually called her a retard first for nothing, and her brother had no right to put his hands on his sister hurting her. The daughter felt she was treated unfairly because, instead of the mother telling her son to keep his hands to himself, she told the daughter to leave her brother alone. The daughter got so mad that her mother took her bothers side instead of hers, so the daughter when to go tell the (father), that her brother hit her and pushed her. After the father heard that he got up out of his chair as soon as possible, and told his son, ("You better keep your hands to yourself, and I better not hear you put your hands on your sister again"). The daughter felt relief, but still after the father told the son to keep his hands to himself, the mother told her daughter to go to her room. The daughter, said to her mother, ("Why do I have to go to my room, I didn't do anything") The mother got mad and shouted, ("Go to your room") Even though the daughter still felt treated unfairly by her mother and her brother, she went to her room.
