What can I get my mom for her birthday?

The most precious gifts are those that money cannot buy. Have you ever thought of making something for her with your hands? *smiles*

maybe she wants something not store bought? you should all get together and have a family day just try an make her feel young

sometimes gifts don't have to cost money - is there something that your mom hates to do but does it anyways to help the whole family. My be the two of you can make dinners and freeze them for the family like: a tray of Lasagna cookies dough freezes well and you can cut from a roll the amount you will need. This is also a great time to talk to your mom and find out what kind of a girl is was growing up. You can even get a journal and the two of you can work on the history of your family on your mom side, this would also be a great gift for your dad on his birthday. Think out of the box, you sound like a caring person and jewelery is just stuff. By the way talking to your dad will go a long way for a great gift for your mom - the tension must be exhausting. Mom's don't really want material things. They want something personal and heartfelt like a card that had a lot of effort into it, also you could clean the house for her! I'm sure she'd like that! Or give her a pedicure or manicure. Maybe even have a girl's day out tomorrow! She really just wants time to spend with family and doesnt need a bunch of stuff to make her happy!

I always leave this stuff last minute too -_-' ....Maybe a nice photo album? But then you should really fill it or at least start it for her... Start a scrapbook tonight? Do a few pages and tell her you want the both of you to finish it together. Or a nice frame with a pic of you and her together. Make sure you write something super nice in the card lol That way if the gift sucks at least the card is really nice haha

get her something that will be a memory. like for my mother-in-law i made her a scrapbook with all her sons baby pics and all graduation pics and she liked it alot. but i am sure she will like whatever you get her. oh yeah what part of texas do you live in my husband and his family are from there and they lived in manville and galveston but he was born in houston
