Why Am I So Dang Shy Around Girls?

• im 15 and im tired of liking girls that i have no chance with(either they have a bf already or im too shy to get to know them) usually i'll just act like i don't like girls at school and i play it off extremely good..i can't really talk to cute girls especially the ones i don't know because i wouldn't know how to respond to each thing she says......sometimes i get so shy that i can't look them in they or or even look at their faces(so when they turn around i'll either look down.turn the other way, use whatever object im next to like im doing something....) i even go blank sometimes when they walk by me..its like i got a mental block..i literally can't do it..whats wrong with me??? i hate being like this..

  start small and work up, first try talking to a unpopular girl and work slowly up into the girls that you consider cool you will gain confidence, if you are not able to talk to them if they drop there books or pencil a start is to pick it up first, dont try as hard as you can on girls that are obviously mean it will not end well and it could very well hurt how far you came in progress.
