What should I write on my CV?

• Hey. I'm currently 15 and trying to get a job, there is 2 part time jobs at the store I want to work at. The person on the phone said they usually don't hire people my age but to write a good CV and when coming to drop it in act older then what I am and show a real high maturity level. I haven't had a job before and I'm in my second year of high school. I have no idea what to write on my CV. I want a nice, clean simple one that makes the manager see I am capable of working and will work to the best of my ability and will always be on time, and I am extremely friendly with customers and will work over time if needed to. How should I create my CV?
