Hmm... To be honest there are plenty of people une the world or even America who dream of such accommodation. But to be fair, yes it's minging. I'm guessing you're middle class, reasonably well of but have parents who have supposedly more pressing matters? Get out when you can. If not , point out what a health hazard it is, learn what to do and agree a fee with your mum for being a cleaner. That house needs a top to bottom and corners. Good luck.

That is terrible I'm so sorry, have you tried to talk to your parents about how nasty it is? I'm sixteen, and I would probably just pass out, literally if I had to leave there. If I were you, I would ask them to clean and just tell them how you feel and then after that if they don't do anything about it I would go to social services, it may be the hardest thing that you have had to do but if your parents don't care enough then maybe a wake up call from social services should be put in order, if you really don't want to stay there then make sure you tell the people at social services that, then you can be a lot happier and have a better life. That house is actually very dangerous because of the ammonia from the animal pee.

you have two options. report your parents or clean your house. if you choose to clean your house then i suggest you watch a show called how clean is your house because they deal with dirty homes like yours and tips how to clean them easily. wonderful show, you should watch it.
