How much does it cost to go to the University of Tokyo in Japan?

I am an immigrant living in the U.S. and i want to go to tokyo university in Japan?

• since I am an immigrant I dont even have a permit much less a passport. but its not like I just came or anything I've been here since I was two years old. all my teachers have said that i'm really smart and personally I consider myself mentally superior to most people. i want to study politics in Japan but with no passport or even visa to stay and study I have no way of getting there. recently I thought about enlisting in the airforce so that can learn to fly a bird and get my residency in two years. or I could just go to Honduras my country and become president and get my visa like that then i could help my people and when it's someone else's turn to be president I'll go to Japan. but then the problem would be that I would no longer need to study in Japan if I had to go to college to become my nation's president and then would be too old anyways. So what can i do exactly there has to b a good way i mean practically I didn't even know that I was not born here until my mom told me so I might as well b an American although im happy i'm not and i have been in school here in the U.S. every year i was supposed to so can anyone help and thank you for taking your time to read all this and wish i knew how to give who ever answered 10 points but i don't.

  there is nothing you can do in the US .. you are an illegal and that cannot change ... you need to go back to your own country and plan your future legally Illegals cannot join the US military
