How can i get an usa tourist visa..am an indian 21 year old m.?? just for holiday 3 weeks i want tourist visa.?

A 21 year old male from India has absolutely ZERO chance of getting a 6 month tourist visa unless he is filthy rich, and/or has overwhelmingly strong ties to his native India that he would absolutely have to go back after his 3 week vacation. At your age you are an intending illegal immigrant and even if you were somehow miraculously able to convince the US consular officer in India to grant you a tourist visa, you would be almost immediately be turned away at a US port of entry under article 214b of the US Immigration and Nationality Act.
