Can a new sponsor apply for new Visa for me?

I am looking to apply for H1B visa. But I don't know how I can contact with H1B sponsor company and get a job?

I'm a software engineer in profession and also have a four year bachelor degree and more than 2.5 years work experience. So is there any body who can show me the right way to do this please ?

  the only good place I know of is www.H1Base.com. They've been helping people for about 9 or 10 years and have a bunch of industry recommendations and awards, so I guess they must be reliable. I believe you can also get a free database of last years sponsors from the USCIS (although I'm not sure how relative or useful that is this year as things have changed so much) Apart from that, All the others out there that I know of like monster and myvisajobs are just standard basic job search sites, which are no real help because they have millions of users all applying for the same jobs, which makes it impossible
