How To Settle In Usa?

I want to go USA for studies and my brother is already in USA settle over there so officer can issue F1 visa.?

  • Acctually i applied 3 times before at that time i dint show about my brother status in USA but i want to apply again in spring 2010 at that time i want to show about my brother status so please wht should i tell to officer if they ask me that y u dint show before about ur brother status.

    your brother being settled there could make it less likely to get an F1 if the reason you were refused a visa was that they were worried about you really intending to immigrate. An F1 visa is a non-immigration visa. Or what was the reason for the refusal? Maybe you should go and study in a different country?

Sorry but if you want to study, you MUST APPLY for a study visa. You are not eligible for a F1 visa.

You cannot apply for an F1 visa. You have to get accepted by a US school and they make the application for you.
